We cannot say enough good things. LAHP gave us a happy, healthy and long life for our baby bulldog. They performed 4 huge procedures that he required in one big day and on his first birthday!!! We honestly were so relieved and impressed by the amazing experience they all had - Dr Scott and the surgery team was overwhelmingly kind and caring. We loved getting the photo updates but also the extra touch of giving Homer some bday love and celebrations was above and beyond. In a time of stress and tears, it was nice to laugh and happy cry for him / you guys. He does bring so much joy and you all added to it… I work in hospitality full time and if this was a restaurant I’d give them 3 Michelin Stars haha. The service was the same as a 5 star hotel and it’s so appreciated when going through a very hard, stressful and heartbreaking thing with your baby. But not only did they perform amazing medical care with successful procedures, they were kind, caring and amazing. We truly will remember them, cherish them and refer them forever!!! Thank you for all you do LAHP- lots of love and donuts from Homer and his fam.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Christopher Pinard and the incredible team at Lakeshore Animal Hospital for saving my labradoodle Molly's life. When we received Molly's cancer diagnosis, we were devastated, but from our very first appointment, Dr. Pinard's expertise and genuine compassion gave us hope. Throughout Molly's treatment, the entire staff showed exceptional care and attention. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of her treatment plan, and always welcomed our questions with patience and understanding. What truly sets them apart is how they treated Molly not just as a patient, but as a beloved family member. Dr. Pinard's expertise in oncology was evident, but it was his gentle approach with Molly that meant the world to us. He would always get down to her level, offering treats and gentle pets before examinations, which helped keep her calm and comfortable during visits. Today, Molly is cancer-free and back to her self - all thanks to the outstanding medical care and support from Lakeshore Animal Hospital. The front desk staff, vet techs, and Dr. Pinard created such a supportive environment during what could have been an overwhelming journey. If you're looking for a veterinary team that combines medical excellence with genuine compassion, I couldn't recommend Lakeshore Animal Hospital more highly. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and their families.

Last week, our beloved Waffle crossed the bridge with being cared for by his favorite people at Lakeshore Animal Hospital. We cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Pinard's team, the ER department, the front desk, and every staff in this hospital. Under Dr. Pinard's incredible care and support, Waffle fought Lymphoma more than a year, which is above the average. Waffle and us were treated as family members for the past year. Everyone was so friendly and showed their exceptional care to Waffle. Dr. Pinard is very knowledgeable, professional with extensive experience in dealing with cancers. He also always thought from our side, took consideration of the financial cost, and listed out the best plan that helped Waffle better improve the life quality, as well as help us reserve sufficient budget to provide Waffle the best treatments. We really appreciated Lakeshore Animal Hospital picked up our call and booked the appointment very soon when Waffle was diagnosed, and we were lucky to have Dr. Pinard's team taking care of Waffle. This was undoubtedly the best decision we made. Cancer is common in pets, I hope every pets are away from cancers, but if it happens unfortunately, I definitely highly recommend Dr. Pinard's team and Lakeshore Animal Hospital. We wish all pets a long and heathy life.

Last month we had to take our 11 month old Beagle Dew to the Lakeshore Animal Health Partners .Our puppy had surgery for previous medical issues only a month before. Around 1am the issue came back we called dozens of vets and nobody would help us and some even hung up on us. We took Dew to the Lakeshore Animal hospital as they were willing to help us with open arms. Another surgery was performed but unfortunately he passed away just a few hours later . Throughout this whole situation I was absolutely devastated. The vet Samantha V that worked endlessly to save our puppy’s life made a devastating situation a little less hard they were compassionate, understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. The receptionist was comforting and compassionate throughout our visit. You can truly tell that the staff at this hospital treats the animals that come in as they are their own and truly have a passion for helping animals. I want to sincerely thank the hospital and all staff on shift who helped us when we felt alone.

My family dog, Bree, suddenly became ill 8 months ago and her disease progressed rapidly over the months. Lakeshore Animal Health Partners and specifically Dr.Andrea were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I am so grateful I got a neurology consultation referral for this clinic. Dr.Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraged us to try all treatment options within our budget and without making us feel pressure to over spend, which was not an option for us. Through Dr.Andreas help, we were able to enjoy a few extra months with our dog until it was time to make a tough decision. Unfortunately there was no further treatment available for our pooch, but the last few months are times with Bree my family will cherish forever. Everyone who works at this clinic deserves to be praised. They are all thoughtful and caring individuals. When it came time for us to say goodbye to Bree we were shocked at how caring and supportive everyone was. It made an incredibly difficult time somewhat manageable thanks to the team working that day! Thank you so much! Alex and Nick
