We visited Erindale Animal Hospital for the first time today, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. Chung was incredibly kind, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire examination. Our dog Lucky received excellent treatment, and we felt truly supported as a family. What impressed us the most was how clearly and confidently Dr. Chung explained everything. As non-professionals, we had many questions and concerns, but she answered all of them in a way that was easy to understand and very reassuring. Her straightforward and honest explanations gave us great peace of mind. We are extremely grateful for the high-quality care Lucky received today, and we would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinarian.

I’m so thankful and grateful for Dr. Chung, Dr. Monika, and the entire team at Erindale Animal Hospital. They always take the time to answer all of my questions, address every concern, and show genuine care for my both of my cats health and well-being. I feel supported and reassured every time we visit. I truly couldn’t ask for a better veterinary team!

Erindale Animal hospital took care of our Karma for 12 years! Recently when she was diagnosed with kidney disease the staff were very supportive and detailed in helping us decide the best next steps. We lost our sweet girl on November 10th and the care and compassion we received from Dr.Chung and Dr. Monica were nothing short of admirable. A special shout out to Joy and all the support staff for answering my endless calls and emails and showing us such sympathy and professionalism while we were falling apart. If you want to find an animal clinic who really cares...please call them. Thank you Erindale Animal Hospital from the bottom of our hearts. Karma's whole family!!!

Dr. Chung and the entire team at Erindale Animal Hospital have been nothing short of extraordinary in their care for our beloved pets. For our dog, Quiqui, who has faced complicated health issues her entire life, they have provided not only exceptional medical treatment but also compassion and unwavering support. Their dedication to her well-being has given us peace of mind and allowed her to live as comfortably as possible. She’s currently 16.5 yrs old and going strong! They also care for our cats, with the same level of attentiveness and love. When our sweet Sheldon fell rapidly ill, the sensitivity and care they showed during his final days were beyond what we could have ever expected. Dr. Chung, Sen, Jin, and the entire team treated him—and us—with dignity, respect, and heartfelt kindness during such a difficult time. This team has become more like family to us. Their warmth, professionalism, and commitment to every animal's well-being make them truly one of a kind. We are forever grateful for all they have done for our furbabies. We can't recommend them highly enough.
