I just have to say the people at this clinic were absolutely amazing. So thoughtful and loving. I live in CO and had to put my cat down in NE and they got me in as soon as possible (same day) the staff was so gentle and sensitive to the situation. I wanted my cats ashes sent to me and they provided all the information as well as sent me a card signed by everyone with a copy of my cats prints though an extremely emotional and hard situation they made it the best experience possible and I'm so beyond thankful for them.

The lady at the front desk was so nice. She left her post to help me find milk for my new baby 🐕🐾🐕🐾 even though she wasn't supposed to. Now That's What I call Great customer service. They can always get my business. I could have kept her five times over. 🥰

Took in cat because he was sick. Vet said they were going to do some imaging to see how big the mass was (had history of megacolon). Vet and tech left the room and tech came back like 3 minutes later. The tech told me that they couldn't do imaging because they didn't have the licensed techs to do it. Told me to call elsewhere and STILL had to pay $57. Not to mention that the 2 other vets I saw that day told me that my cat also had a heart murmur. I was told in initally in March when he got his shots at another vet. This vet NEVER said anything. It still makes me angry that they STILL charged me for doing absolutely nothing and giving me no further info or help on what to do or what options were available. I liked this place when it was called Thrive. It was excellent and affordable, but for a "vet" to do absolutely nothing and still charge you is unacceptable 😡

The entire experience was not dog friendly. i also found it bizarre that the owners never meet the dr. they wanted to take my dog in the back away from me even though it was clearly causing distress, i just took him and left. 100$ for nothing.

The receptionist was friendly and the nurse was friendly and informative also very patient. The doctor however her delivery although necessary was Blunt and hurtful.. When giving not the best information or diagnosis to the pet owner please be a little more Is empathetic in tone....
