I brought our new pup, Shimmi, in for her first visit. They were very welcoming, especially the little blond assistant. I remember her also being very sympathetic and helpful when our prior dog, Seven, passed away in August. The doctor was also great with interacting with Shimmi in a playful manner and making her feel as if it were a party. She didn’t want to leave! I am looking forward to making Florence my go to for all of Shimmi’s needs!

They were quick with labs for my baby, and everyone there was quite friendly! My appointment went really smooth and I was able to get my kitten tested for urinary problems within less than a day! (Poor baby had an infection but she's all better now)

We love Florence Animal Hospital! We have been seeing Dr. Jondle for a couple years now & love her personable approach kindness towards us & our pets! The rest of the staff are very welcoming and kind as well! They always remember small details about our pets from visit to visit! Could not recommend them enough!

All the staff were fantastic, patient with me. I have social anxiety and they were great at explaining what was occuring with my boy Max. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Dr. Jondle and staff.

I had a wonderful first visit and gave 5 stars but apparently I misjudged. 2 months later I call for heart guard which they refuse to fill due to her lack of blood test for heart worm. However, this was the primary topic during our first visit, we can't get a blood draw from a resistive 130# dog - they've tried So one visit after following them from another clinic and now we have to move again. Disappointing waste of time
