Exactly What We Expected, Will Them for 12 Years
We researched many pet insurance options before selecting Pet's Best. They had the best deductibles, coverage for the best price. We were with them for 12 years and reached the max payout for our dog's cushings disease but they also helped us with many other vet visits. The premium did increase substantially over time (started at just over $20 and ended over $100) but that seemed reasonable as our dog aged. We would recommend Pet's Best to a friend.

I FOUND SPOT PET INSURANCE ONLINE AND…
I FOUND SPOT PET INSURANCE ONLINE AND PREVIOUSLY I WAS WITH ANOTHER PET INSURANCE. THE REASON WHY I SWITCHED OVER TO YOU GUYS IS BECAUSE YOU OFFER DENTAL CLEANING FOR MY DOG. ALSO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Overall coverage for things like shots…
Overall coverage for things like shots and wellness checks are extremely low. Doesn’t seem like it will put much of a dent in our vet bill.

Pets Best covered everything they said…
Pets Best covered everything they said they would. I was very pleased with the ease of putting in a claim. The processing time did take a month, but it was hassle free, and they direct deposited my reimbursement into my account. I am very happy with Pets Best.

Quick and easy
The claims process was quick and easy. I just uploaded the receipt from my vet, and a few days later I had an email telling me what my reimbursement would be. The money was deposited in my account a few days after that. I have already recommended them to my whole family.

We have had Trupanion for approximately…
We have had Trupanion for approximately ten years. Our monthly premium for two of our three dogs is $280/month. Around the time that we first got the policy our beagle ingested a banana peel which required medical attention, etc. Recently, he had a foreign object in his stomach which caused all sorts of GI issues. When it was all said and done, we laid out close to $4,000 in various bills. Trupanion covered $95, claiming that this was a pre- existing condition. So if you have a food hound, Trupanion is NOT a viable solution for pet insurance. IMO , the $95 reimbursement was nothing short of fraud. We have immediately dropped the policy and decided to go it alone. In the long run it’ll be less money.

Honest & through Customer service
Just signed up but when I called to ask questions the customer service rep. was very honest and I 100% appreciated that. Seemed more concerned with my/my pet's needs than "upselling".
