Easy to submit the claim. Claim was processed quickly. I was unable to register for direct deposit through the website. A little surprised that the exam fee was not covered as it was for an injury not routine exam.

A fee increase of over 52% in 12 months for 1 of my dogs is ridiculous.
A fee increase of over 52% in 12 months for 1 of my dogs is ridiculous. This means an overall fee increase of over 25% for my 3 insured dogs. Also the answers to why this increase was so high did not go anyway near answering my concerns. Trupanion has likely lost a customer and I will ensure this information is shared with other pet owners through F/B.
