Was very unsatisfied with claims…
Was very unsatisfied with claims service. Wasn’t allowed to keep my vehicle and repair it myself, and was only cosmetic damage and the car was written off as a total loss. Disappointed because as a licensed mechanic I put a lot of time and money into my car, and wasn’t allowed to buy it back. The only replacement car in half decent shape, and was only a 5/10 for rust as my original was 10/10 for being rust free, as well as all the aftermarket parts and rebuilt engine that I couldn’t have back.

You can be on hold for more than a half…
You can be on hold for more than a half hour. If you put your number in que you don’t get called back for 2 hours and by that time you are unable to take the call because you have your child at the orthodontist. I am not happy and if this is how your service works I don’t want your insurance

Large vet bill that won't get reimbursed
I went to the vet and had a large vet bill I was told to get this insurance so they can pay me back so I paid the bill out of pocket and when I got the insurance and paid for the first month they told me that I couldn't get reimbursed for something I had to gotten that day they it's only for future bills. So I paid $585 that I was going to use for my groceries. And now I'm broke and to top it off I couldn't get my dog spayed because no one wants to do cheaper then $7000 dollars
