PREDATORY SCAMMERS
DO NOT use MetLife if you have a shred of intelligence. They are predatory, they only want to reel you in to sign up, but they will NEVER cover a claim. They will say everything is a preexisting condition even when it is CLEARLY accidental (I.e. foreign body ingestion). Horrible customer service. They do not care about you or your pet. They only care about money. Disgusting company.

When I purchased the policy the agent explained the coverages recommended for a puppy. I had two puppies at the time, that are now 2 years old. Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Have used this company for years and my claim was denied with no explanation or request for more documents. To think that your dog needs an annual exam and can not get any coverage is horrible for a pet owner.
