So glad I purchased insurance for Barbie. Her knee-ligament surgery was very expensive but I chose the 80/20 after the deductible plan and it really helped. Really nice people to deal with.

I used to think they were great
I used to think they were great, then our girls when got older and had challenges. That is when you need them the most, our latest quarterly invoice was $2,000. plus to make matters worse they do not process claims without a challenge. I do not know who we may use in the future for other family members, based on my experience I can not recommend this company.
