So efficient
I am so glad I got insurance early on for my pup, so far we’ve had to use it twice as she has GI issues. The claim process is super easy through their app, just submit a picture of your receipt and all set! The current premium is actually not that bad considering how much we have been using it, just wished it covered the examination fees. But overall great customer service!

I have been trying to have a claim paid…
I have been trying to have a claim paid for over 3 months now. They keep requesting the same information that has already been provided multiple times. The customer service assured me every time that they have everything they need then I receive an email asking for what has already been provided. They reimbursed me for all the small claims, but after my dog had surgery they seem to refuse to process this claim. I don’t know what’s going on but I would tread cautiously

I am very happy with with Pets Best coverage for our pups.
I am very happy with with Pets Best Insurance! We have two young dogs and knowing we don't have to make important decisions about their health based on how we will pay for it is so great. The online portal for submitting claims is easy and fast and I get email updates on the status of any claims. We will never adopt a new furry family member without PB.

Berner Torn Cruciate Ligament
Our Bernese Mountain dog tore his cruciate ligament just before Christmas (if I remember rightly it was the 21st December). We took Harry straight to vet once we noticed his pain and from the get-go Trupanion support and covered his costs. Only 1 small hiccup during the past month was the discovery of UTI with Harry, however Trupanion, once they had talked with vet, the whole hiccup went away. I don't normally leave reviews for these kind of things, but this is the 3rd surgery for this poor dog and at all 3 times, Trupanion were there. Thank you!

Truly an Embracing insurance company
My cats have been insured with Embrace for 3 years. Unfortunately one of my cats developed lymphoma. Embrace processed every single claim in a timely manner always enclosing a detailed EOB and a personal note. My other cat Jasper without warning collapsed and it turned out he had an inoperable mass and had to be put down. The diagnostics and hospital bill was steep and Embrace quickly processed the claim and the adjuster enclosed a warm note of condolence which touched our family. A great company with fair rates.
