Amazing experience from beginning to end! Dee was my claim specialist and she was absolutely phenomenal.
Dee handled my first case for for my 6 months old baby girl “Luna” an adopted shorty hair domestic cat. After my claim was filed, Dee dropped me a personal email to introduce herself and let me know she will be handling everything and will follow up with me if anything else is needed. She even ask me about Luna “my pet” and I shared pictures with her via email. She did not even come across as a claim specialist, her responses and replies I would describe as if she was a family member. I trust felt like I was part of a family and she genuinely cared. I’m assuming lemonade uses people who are pet friendly or have pets themselves, because not many people speak so kindly about pets or get too excited. But Dee definitely stood out and I hope she can help me with my future claims. Very happy with my overall experience. My claim was approved within 4 days and my payment was in my account on the 6 day. Very impressed I made the choice to go with these guys instead of CareCredit insurance.
