Good once you understand what to do
Overall the experience was fast and relatively painless. I have never used pet insurance or submitted a claim before, so it would have been helpful for it to lay out exactly what I wanted. Once I figured out what to do, it was pretty straightforward - fill out the forms, list all previous vets, and then submit the invoice. I wish Trupanion was attached to my vet to make this easier. I got back a large portion of what I had spent, so that was nice! Would definitely recommend pet insurance to anyone.
