Fantastic as always!

Pets best is always fantastic, makes it easy to care for my pets when they are sick without having to worry about finances. Customer support is always easy to reach, and are very supportive and compassionate. Highly recommend!

A very good insurance for you pet!

I am very glad to say that ASPCA has been extremely helpful to us. I would recommend them highly for an insurance for your pet..

Trupanion's top skill is denying claims…

Trupanion's top skill is denying claims and the stalling for months with their claim process. They denied an ear infection claim for our dog calling it a "pre-existing condition". Stay away from this company at all cost.

Worst pets insurance company

By far the worst. Not a throughout investigation, and no proper notes of why claims are denied or if there are any medical reports needed. Customer service has no empathy and takes months to have a claim processed. Look for another company. Not recommended.

This has been a tough sell for me

This has been a tough sell for me. ASPCA has paid out our major claims, but reimbursement has not been fast and I’ve had to have multiple communications with ASPCA for each claim, asking for duplicate copies of documents they already have, and having the portal say more information needed but no indication of what information was needed.

lower deductible

I like the pet insurance it has come in handing with me being on Social Security, the only thing I wish, the person I talk to when I sign up explain better the policy because I found out I can not lower my deductible. Only up to 30 day of joining and NO ONE told me that.

After researching several Pet Health…

After researching several Pet Health Insurance organizations we chose ASPCA because of its Wellness Visit coverage and Accidents/Illness coverage . All the different choices were fully explained and it was very easy to "mix and match" the choices alllowing us to make the right decision for our new rescue dog . I found Customer Service Representatives ( when I needed to call with a couple of questions) to be very friendly , professional and knowledgeable. My emails were also answered promptly and in the same manner . Now that we have submitted our first claim for our first wellness visit , with the help I received earlier I found it to be very easy and quick . Reimbursement was incredibly fast with direct deposit . We would definitely recommend using ASPCA.

Put your $ in savings

After I purchased the insurance, I called customer service to ask about more details and they informed me that because my senior cat is adopted and has almost no medical records, she probably wouldn’t be covered for treatment of any “preventable” diseases.
