Slow reimbursement
PetsBest is generally good in coverage and cost but they take 30-45 days to reimburse you for costs. With that extensive claim turn around time it almost makes it not worth it to choose this company. If they could get it done in a week like they used to three years ago I would still recommend this company.

Missed payment
My credit card is TD and TD cancelled many cards (mine included) because of a security breach. As a result I missed my June 25 payment. I had been sent my new card and entered my new card and it looks like the payment went thru because I see it pending in my TD credit card. I would have much preferred to have been able to talk to someone at Sonnet and had the payment put thru weeks ago so I know the problem was resolved. As it is if I had made a typo in the card number I would have missed 2 payments with possible consequences

Good for anyone who is looking for a lower insurance rate
I was looking for a lower insurance rate after having another increase from my previous insurance company. Sonnet was lower than their increase so I decided to switch. The website was pretty easy to navigate. But when I wanted to make some changes to my plan, it kept giving me an error. I had to chat with a rep to get what I needed done. Which was relatively easy but it would have been preferred if I could have done the changes myself. But Sonnet is definitely a good company to use until I have more accident free years under my belt.

In the search for cat insurance for my precious fur baby when i stumbled upon a couple pet insurance. It is very new territory for me and quite confusing. Thankfully I had a intelligent gentleman named Peter help me throughout the process. Each time I called (and i called a bunch) he answered and was welcoming and ready to help. He knew how to explain things to me in words I would understand. If you need pet insurance go to Peter!!!

The BEST DOG INSURANCE IN THE WORLD
Trupanion is an exceptional dog insurance. They are responsive and very prompt with their payments. I do not know what I would do without their services as my puppy was very ill early on in her life and is still recovering. She may continue to need Vet services for her near future and I am comforted that Trupanion is there to help. All customer service representatives have been fabulous, carin and very helpful.
