So far I'm quite impressed
So far . I'm impressed by. Had to take my young pup to ER care for a cough . Although they did not take Trupanion direct . The process after was lightning fast . Processed next day and check within the week . Then 30 days had to get more x-rays for 30 day followup. My new vet takes direct . They processed on spot and my hefty Bill was reduced to a small portion out of my pocket . Thank you !

Trupanion is the absolute best!
I cannot thank Trupanion enough! Claims are processed lightening fast and I always have a clear idea of what my out of pocket cost is going to be. When my Rex (now deceased) went through chemotherapy, Trupanion made it so easy. Now I have a dog with glaucoma, and had to have surgery this week, and again, so easy to work with Trupanion.
