Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver for my dog Chewy. He was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and because of the streamlined coverage with no fee schedules etc, and the simplified claims process, he is getting the treatment that he needs! The customer service is fantastic and the claims process from submitting a claim (minutes!) to recieving reimbursement is days. I recieve a flat 80% reimbursement after my deductible and this has saved my family thousands in costs and makes the decision to get the proper treatment for Chewy easy and stress free.

My dog recently had to undergo an X-ray, MRI and multiple blood tests. I used Healthy Paws mobile app which makes it SO easy to submit a claim. And, they're very quick to approve. We just went through the heartbreak of losing our dear, sweet dog, Fenway to cancer. The people at Trupanion were helpful with our questions throughout the trying experience of vet visits and tests.
