Did not get pre approval for upfront payment, almost couldn’t pay for emergency visit. Trupanions whole thing is 90% coverage up front and for my puppy’s first emergency visit not functioning that way it did not make a lot of sense to me why I would even have trupanion. Can’t really recommend based on that experience
