Jasmine got a new lease on life
Jasmine is a Sato Project dog, rescued from Dead Dog Beach in Puerto Rico and arrived in a Freedom Flight early last year. Sadly, she came down with erlichia from a tick bite recently and her platelets were dangerously low - low enough for her to go into shock. We took her right into the ER and we were faced with possibly saying goodbye to her. Fortunately, we took out a Fetch policy as soon as we adopted her earlier last year, and we were able to save her. The policy is worth its weight in gold. Thank you, Fetch. Jasmine went through too much to get here and Fetch made it possible for her to live a best life yet to come. She is getting healthier, happier and lovelier.

Trupanion has saved both our dogs’ Lives!!
I never have to worry about my claim not being accepted. Never have to worry how much I’ll have to pay cause I know in advance and RIGHT AWAY. I feel assured knowing we have trupanion to keep my pups alive…which they have had to do and done every time. We truly appreciate them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Puts Us At Ease
Easy app. You pay for what you say you’re going to pay for. I would never operate on a reimbursement basis with human healthcare, but with you I know it will get covered and that I’ll get my reimbursements promptly. Never put in a bad spot. Also, our dog is alive because of your plan that covers up to $10k.

Thankful for our Fetch Insurance
The customer service has been great. Pleasant experience. The mobile app is user friendly. We appreciate improvements to the Canadian claim reimbursement process. Rather than waiting for a cheque in the mail, the app now allows direct deposit to Canadian clients' bank accounts. This has been so helpful, especially since our little guy had to endure many months of illness, hospital visits/stay, treatments, blood test, assessments and medications. We are very thankful. He's doing much better now.

I have given a one star rating because…
I have given a one star rating because of something common as soft stool in kittens during the waiting period occurred. And didn’t happen ever again until 3 months later my kitten ended up with Diarrhea. Not soft stool this time. I was denied coverage because that was a symptom during the waiting period. I basically pay for insurance for nothing now because now my kitten is suffering from diarrhea on a daily basis.

A bit of a wait initially but good service
My pup had a foot injury and our vet needed to see him a few times to deal with it. The initial claim took a bit of a wait but, once it went through, all the subsequent claims/payments came in together quite quickly. I recommend their services.
