My dog Tootsie was recently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and AFIB. While the news is devastating, Pets Best has provided prompt service re processing my claims. We're still in the early days of multiple follow-up visit, monitoring and adjusting medications - lots of bills! They made me resubmit an invoice, a second time this has happened. When they do approve a claim, payment has been prompt. Even so, I'm switching to a lower-priced carrier that has a better rating by the Wall Street Journal. (Embrace doesn't even get a mention.)
