Honestly the staff have been really good with answering questions and everything has been pretty easy to handle.

Honestly the staff have been really good with answering questions and everything has been pretty easy to handle. The only thing I wish would be easier is not having to do reimbursement, but only pay the difference on a bill like health insurance for humans. I think this is something that a vet hospital has to do however, and understand if Trupanion cannot fix this. I also wish specialty visits (after a referral or other) was covered as it’s part of treatment. We need a consultation from a specialist we got referred to and it’s not even remotely covered but luckily the treatment is. I also absolutely love the deductible coverage as I didn’t expect it to be a lifetime illness coverage and not yearly. It will allow us to treat our pups hip dysplasia without worry about affordability.
