It’s so hard when your fur baby gets sick.
It’s so hard when your fur baby gets sick. You don’t need to have worries of how will we pay for this or deal with red tape or have to fight an insurance company to do what they had promised. My little angel has now had to have 3 major surgeries and having had Truepanion each time has been such a blessing! Each staff member that I had spoken with were so kind and helpful. They will help you with anything concerning your fur baby. During that time it’s stressful enough you need an insurance company that will do what they say. Each time the claim was finalized in just a few days. They always remember my little girls name too, who does that?!??

From skeptical to grateful
I was skeptical about taking out insurance for our pet; but, the people at Trupanion have go out of their way to help me understand our coverage and submit our vet bills. Our pet insurance policy is not paying for itself, but it is way closer than I ever expected. This is our first time to have pet insurance for one of our pets, and the experience has been unexpectedly positive.
