Not only is Sonnet the most cost effective automobile insurance but I had something very traumatic happen recently which left me financially squeezed and when my payment didn't process they gave me time to make the payment instead of just cancelling or charging me for the rest of the year in one bill! Competence and compassion
We have had our two dogs insured with Pets Best since 2017. Our older one became suddenly very ill a few weeks ago & died in a matter of days. The staff at Pets Best were wonderful in helping us take care of the resulting claim & policy changes. The claim was processed and paid two weeks earlier than estimated. We plan to increase our coverage on the younger dog now. Thank you, Pets Best, for your caring as well as your competence.
