Terrible insurance
Terrible insurance. Don’t waste your money. Filed a claim and it took months to finally hear back. They finally got back with results only because I canceled - still didn’t reimburse for an accident that happened to my dog 30 days after my policy began.

Trupanion is trustworthy
My first claim didn't go so well so I appealed and everything was approved. I found out you really have to prove your case, working with your pets Dr as well to make sure you get all the details straight. I stayed with Trupanion because of Amber helping me resolve our claims. Now things seem to be going smoothly. I love the fact you pay one deductible per ailment and that's good for life.

Was very unsatisfied with claims…
Was very unsatisfied with claims service. Wasn’t allowed to keep my vehicle and repair it myself, and was only cosmetic damage and the car was written off as a total loss. Disappointed because as a licensed mechanic I put a lot of time and money into my car, and wasn’t allowed to buy it back. The only replacement car in half decent shape, and was only a 5/10 for rust as my original was 10/10 for being rust free, as well as all the aftermarket parts and rebuilt engine that I couldn’t have back.
