You can be on hold for more than a half…
You can be on hold for more than a half hour. If you put your number in que you don’t get called back for 2 hours and by that time you are unable to take the call because you have your child at the orthodontist. I am not happy and if this is how your service works I don’t want your insurance

Large vet bill that won't get reimbursed
I went to the vet and had a large vet bill I was told to get this insurance so they can pay me back so I paid the bill out of pocket and when I got the insurance and paid for the first month they told me that I couldn't get reimbursed for something I had to gotten that day they it's only for future bills. So I paid $585 that I was going to use for my groceries. And now I'm broke and to top it off I couldn't get my dog spayed because no one wants to do cheaper then $7000 dollars

Dependable When Needed the Most
Dependable coverage & easy to make a claim! My dog was terribly sick with a sudden tick-borne illness that required many visits between his regular vet & emergency clinic in a 1.5 week time frame. All claims were processed sooner than expected. Glad to have the coverage plan I have.
