Sometimes it’s a battle to get claims paid by you. You assume everything is a “pre-existing condition” and make the customer bother the vet to get more information and it’s a hassle.

Our initial visit for Fiona I paid the bill.
Our initial visit for Fiona I paid the bill....I had forgotten our clinic will handle claims directly with you. I hadn't submitted to you but the next visit/issue our doctor put in the claim. (I owe them a very small amount for the 10% difference and due to me paying the first issue) All has been expedited and taken care of from you--no worries no hassle, very impressive. We have only had to use our insurance one previous time for Fiona. Premiums per month are costly but to us worth every penny because it just adds that layer of not being stressed about potentially high veterinarian visits for unexpected issues (such as this seizure) especially during these weird times of uncertainty with COVID and its effect on finances. We are very happy we are members of Trupanion

EASY CLAIMS FILING AND HELPFULL PERSONEL
MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRUPANION HAS BEEN NOTHIG LESS THAN EXEMPLORY THEY REVIEW MY CLAIMS PROSSES THEM IN A TIMELY MANNOR AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. IT IS THE MOST SIMPLE EASY CLAIMS FILING METHOD I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
