Frustrating
Frustrating! I haven't had one claim covered yet. They are claiming that my puppy had a pre-existing condition due to having puppy pyoderma (infectious process) upon being taken to the vet at 8 weeks. Somehow this is related to his ear infection at 8 months old? He went in to a pool the week prior and the culture showed bacteria in his ear! How can you possibly link this ear infection, which they are saying is an itchy allergic process to puppy pyoderma (infectious process). I'm going to file an appeal and see what happens, but if the outcome is not good, then I will not use this insurance anymore!

Rocks for Dinner
Best word that comes to mind is "lifesaver" in regards to financial benefit of Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. Our two year old giant breed dog swollowed a rock that lodged in her intestines, which entailed a very expensive surgery to extricate. Just bad
Just bad. You pay them to not be there when you need them. You pay for rude customer service agents who refuse to assist. You call to add services and they quote you to later advise they won't help. So then you can keep your car with them but apartment insurance to another company. I now am cancelling them as I was forced to wait or be charged to bundle my services elsewhere. Save your money and time and just go anywhere else.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
I have a almost 11 year old Golden Retriever and and almost 10 year old Golden Retriever. We've had numerous claims and Trupanion has ALWAYS come through for us. The piece of mind is worth every (affordable) monthly payment we have made and Trupanion makes it extremely easy to submit our medical costs. I will always have them as my pet insurance.
