Be better
It’s a very user friendly and easy system to use but the decision to pay the claim or not takes way too long. This time it took 3 times as long and while I appreciate the email heads ups and apologies I can’t fathom why it could take this long. The claim either is covered according to your definition or not. Also they’re good at finding loopholes not to cover the silliest things. I understand how pet insurance works and have no choice but to accept it. But please don’t ask for my opinion as if you genuinely care.

There is little difference on contract terms and conditions between insurance carriers in the market. The biggest and best reason I choose Sonnet Insurance was for quality coverage at reasonable rates, AND regular contact from Sonnet with tips to improve home security, driving habits, and all around social commitments to our society. Not that easy. Pretty annoying.
Long process to enter the receipt and even longer process to receive confirmation that the claim had been processed and how much would be applied to my deductible. Why not just have a button that says upload receipt and you guys can figure it out and enter all the info. Simple.
