Metlife doubled my pet's insurance…
Metlife doubled my pet's insurance monthly premium from $74 to $134 without my knowledge. This is too high for our monthly budget. On another note, claim processing is fast and mostly done online.

Overly General Review of Medical History
Reviews of medical history are overly general and appear to be designed to exclude coverage for possible future claims in a broad fashion. The user should ensure that specificity is requested of the claims adjuster completing the review to ensure accuracy. Claims are paid quickly though, so I'll give a second star.

Clarity on what is covered at sign up that they have fully honored, never a question on a claim, in my three years with them. The app is incredibly easy to use and filing a claim is easier than taking a selfie. Payment is deposited in my account within a week. This is the pet insurance you want...full stop.
