Very fast & clear on submission of claim
I had trouble figuring out where to put my Veterinary clinic on my dogs information page but was able to do it once I filled out a request for reimbursement. The person I chatted with was not clear on this procedure but otherwise helpful.

Great customer service!
I sent in claims from 2009 forward, organizing them to the best of my ability. Some of which were covered and some that weren't. You sorted it all out beautifully and did not make me jump through hoops to get it done. I am very grateful and impressed. Thank you so much. Excellent service.
