Insurance for our 4 dogs
We have used Petplan (now Fetch) insurance for our dogs for the past 7 years. We now have 4 dogs insured under Fetch. Over the years, having pet insurance has allowed us to provide the best medical care for our dogs without having to worry about cost. We have a plan for each dog with 90% reimbursement. Fetch has a quick turn around time (usually about a week or less) to review our claims and issue reimbursement. We were able to get orthopedic surgery done on our newest rescue dog thanks to this insurance. We are also able to manage our oldest dogs chronic autoimmune disorder thanks to this insurance. We are grateful to have it. Premiums seemed to increase substantially this year which is my reason for giving this 4 stars instead of 5 but in the long run, its still well worth it to keep my dogs healthy and happy.

I have been with PetPlan (Fetch) since Loki, my now one year one month husky puppy was 10 weeks old. I made sure to get an insurance that covers both accidents and illness, and after paying the initial $300 per year, I have been able to claim 70% of every subsequent vet bill. This includes treatment and vet visit. The website and app are both easy to navigate and use. Claiming is easy. All you need is the invoice and the updated medical records. The money goes directly into my linked bank in the next three days after my claim goes through. They are really quick to process my claims and super helpful and responsive whenever I have a query. They also update me on all my claim processes. I have had a brilliant experience and would recommend this pet insurance company to all my dog owner friends!
