I love the insurance and the people…
I love the insurance and the people that work for sonnet are great at their job but I don't like the fact my rates never really go down I'm 31 married no accidents and I'm pay $216 for full coverage I would recommend them but also recommend shopping around as I have found cheaper insurance and get the same coverage

I am being scammed by Sonnet
I am retired, have been with Sonnet over 2 years, I have never missed a payment. Last month a young man ran a stop sign and hit my passenger door as I was moving down the street. The repair was 2,400, deductible 1,000. I requested from Tashna Spencer that she waive the deductible for claim #1687874 car was taken to shop over two weeks ago, on Aug 13th, after giving me wrong extension in writing and then after days of trying to get to her so I can pick up my car, she writes on Aug 13th" I am still awaiting the results from the plate search on third party's vehicle" REALLY??!!!!!, how many weeks does it take to get results from plate search?, is it after clients pick up car and pay deductible?, no wonder parking lot of your preferred body shop was full of cars to be picked up? is it after Sonnet will no longer pay for rental??? WHAT A SCAM, FOR SHAME, YOU SCAMMING PEOPLE THAT PAY YOU TO PROVIDE SERVICE, IF MY DEDUCTIBLE IS NOT RETURNED I WILL CANCEL WITH YOU AND GO ELSEWHERE AS I REFUSE TO BE SCAMMED BY YOU, YOU TOOK MY MONEY UNFAIRLY

Poor customer relations
Reached out multiple times to find out why my premium was increasing after no claims etc. over the year and never got a response. Very poor customer relations. I would be terrified if I ever did need to make a claim.

I couldn't be happier with Sonnet. I switched to them from a previous provider, and saved 25% right off the bat. After about a year or two, my bill is now almost half of what it was with my previous insurance provider!

My rates went up for no reason
My rates went up without any explanation. Nothing has changed, if anything I’m driving less since the beginning of the pandemic. Wish my rates wouldn’t increase for no reason.

Stay Away
I have had my dogs covered with Healthy Paws since 2016. One of my dogs passed away in November 2020 and the claims were paid promptly and easily...which is what I expected given this company's reputation. My other dog who was also covered since 2016 had some growths which needed to be removed and were later diagnosed as cancerous. I submitted the medical records and received confirmation the claim was being looked at. I was giving it extra time given that things have been moving slowly due to the pandemic. Imagine my surprise when I received a notice stating the claim was denied and closed because of missing medical records? I have no record in my email or spam of them notifying me that more records were needed. I eventually found something in the messages folder of my Healthy Paws account. I sent all the records I had from 2013 to present to appeals and didn't hear anything. I then spoke with someone in customer service who confirmed they received the records but was confused since some of the pages came through upside down...but, she confirmed that it was being worked on. Weeks went by and still, I heard nothing so I called again. This time, the customer service rep was confused since all the records were there. He was able to open the file without a problem and he assured me it would be processed. Another 30 days went by. I heard nothing so I called again. This time I was told that the claim was denied because the appeals person couldn't open the attached files. The same files that the previous rep was able to open and look at. This rep set up a level 3 appeal and told me if I didn't hear back in 5 days to call back...which I did today. I had to start all over again with today's rep and according to him, I have to wait until September 13 before following up again. To add insult to injury, I received a notice of a rate increase. Are you kidding me right now? Stay away from this company. The customer service reps are very nice people but they have no authority to actually get things done...and the people that do have the authority don't seem to care. Robin Rosenhaus
