Just bad
Just bad. You pay them to not be there when you need them. You pay for rude customer service agents who refuse to assist. You call to add services and they quote you to later advise they won't help. So then you can keep your car with them but apartment insurance to another company. I now am cancelling them as I was forced to wait or be charged to bundle my services elsewhere. Save your money and time and just go anywhere else.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
I have a almost 11 year old Golden Retriever and and almost 10 year old Golden Retriever. We've had numerous claims and Trupanion has ALWAYS come through for us. The piece of mind is worth every (affordable) monthly payment we have made and Trupanion makes it extremely easy to submit our medical costs. I will always have them as my pet insurance. Surgery 2021
My American Bulldog, Kacey, had surgery earlier in year on her CCL. Trupanion Insurance has been on my dog Kacey for several years and they have done a wonderful job on prompt payments. This surgery cost more than $4,600. When it was done I had to pay the deductible and the difference in cost. The rest of money was paid directly to Veterinary Office. The customer service rep was outstanding.

If your dog has ever been to the vet, don't get Embrace pet insurance.
Embrace is going to go through your pets medical records with a fine tooth comb and will not cover anything that they deem to be a preexisting condition. If you have a puppy who has never been to the vet for anything other than routine care, they might be a good pet insurance company. If your pets records indicate any kind of a vet visit for anything other than routine care, it will be considered to be a pre-exisiting condition and will not be covered for different lengths of time, some forever, some for a year. If your dog hurts her leg while on a hike, it will be considered an orthopedic condition and therefore, a pre-exisiting condition.

Dexter’s Companion is Trupanion
Outstanding service! Had other insurance with previous dogs and they fail in comparison to Trupanion. They are the Model other insurers should aspire to. Not sure what their name means but in my opinion it should mean True Companion because they are in all aspects. Dexter and I thank you

Trupanion was a blessing for us

Choose another company
This company has been on a downward spiral! They used to be affordable when my dogs were young. Now, the per pet premium has climbed to nearly $500/mo and claims are taking two months to be reimbursed. Recinsider before you choose!
