I have never had pet insurance, however Pets Best is always easy to deal with. Submit claim and in a timely manner you get an EOB and reimbursement. Definitely 5 star company!!

Everyone beware
Everyone beware! If you want your insurance guaranteed… DONT take your dog to a vet within the first 30 days!!!! We’ve been paying $125 per month for the past 9 months.. our dog is one year old as of April 30. Because we took her to the vet within the first 30 days, and mentioned she seemed itchy.,, now 9 months later they won’t honour any insurance claims for skin allergy issues. Do your homework everyone !! They will still happily take your money though.
