Trupanion Pet Insurance
Trupanion has been wonderful peace of mind knowing i will have financial assistance/means available in the event something unforeseen happens to one of my beloved pets. Policies are affordable and monthly costs are adjustable to suit any budget. I choose how much I'm willing to pay out of pocket in the event I ever have to make a claim, which determines my monthly cost. I'm satisfied.

The wait for reimbursement takes FOREVER…
The wait for reimbursement takes forever (4-6 weeks) and on 1 claim I had to contact them multiple times regarding the incorrect amount they reimbursed me. Yet again I have to contact them on another claim that has not been fully reimbursed.

We've had many many years experience with Trupanion now ranging from minor ailments to a very major situation involving kidney cancer in one of our dogs which resulted in Emergency surgery and months of follow up chemo and such.

Whilst we would have proceeded along that route regardless of the Insurance Coverage, it was nice to have Trupanion at our back throughout.
