So impressed with Healthy Paws
I have been so impressed with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. My dog has has a series of health issues over the last year, but because of Healthy Paws I have been able to avoid worrying about the financials and focus on my dog's health. All of the recent claims I have made have been processed quickly and reimbursed even quicker (often within 24 hours). After his recent surgery, the Healthy Paws team even followed up to check on his recovery!

Complete lack of communication about double charges on the account
This company. Ugh. I used to love them until they double charged me for two out of three pets that I have. They didn’t let me know about the double charge, and when I asked for a refund they said they don’t do that. They make so much money from every single pet owner and pets and they still do underhanded things to steal and hold money from loyal customers. I have had my policy for almost three years. Choose a different , more honest company that won’t hoard your cash.

Buy your pet insurance somewhere else! The guy on the corner would have better customer service.
I sell this stuff and I'm telling you, "Don't buy from Pet's Best." I would rather miss a sale than saddle a client with this company's policy. The customer service is dismal. Chat, but cannot ever reach anyone that actually makes decisions. They even tell you in chat, "they don't talk directly with customers'" A lot of good that does when you have a question beyond, "How much do I owe?" You can reach these same people that you chat with via phone, and a 45 minute hold, to be told the same thing. The policy looks great, but there is absolutely NOTHING there to back it up.

Peace of mind
I have had trupanion for my welsh terrier since she was 13 weeks old. She has had both CCL‘s replaced and has had numerous visits to the vet for issues related to eating things she shouldn’t! Last week she was extremely sick and we didn’t know why and it was on a weekend so we had to take her to the emergency hospital. For three days they did exploratory radiographs and had to feed her with it G.I. tube. Needless to say it was an expensive process only to determine that she had severe pancreatitis! This may be an ongoing issue with her and I am so glad that I have trupanion covering most of the claims. Our dog is family! I have heard of people becoming financially very strapped due to high vet costs. The monthly payment is definitely a necessity for us to have the peace of mind knowing that our dog will be taken care of. All of the people at trupanion that I have had any contact with are extremely caring and efficient. I can’t recommend a better organization.

I just cancelled my Healthy Paws…
I just cancelled my Healthy Paws Insurance. Rates have increased significantly as my dog has gotten older (as other customers have mentioned). Which would be understandable if Healthy Paws had covered ANYTHING or put ANY of my claims through. They consistently cite "missing medical records" as a reason for denial. Sorry if I decided to rescue a dog rather than buy a puppy. Even so, we had all my dogs medical records accounted for and Healthy Paws still denied all our claims. This company discriminates against those who adopt/rescue dogs. My coworker who gets her puppies from a breeder has had NO problems getting claims approved. That is very disappointing. I would stay far far away from this company.

I have had nothing but a positive and fantastic experience with Sonnet!! I am just waiting for when you add motorcycle and RV (travel trailer) coverage to my options. I currently have my bike and trailer insured with my home provider... but as soon as I can, you will have ALL of my business! Thank you!

Top Notch Customer Service
I was chatting with someone online mentioning that it seemed like my payment was taking quite a long time to process. The man who I was talking to gave me instructions on how to close the window to ensure my payment wouldn't go through and then called me to walk through everything with me. It was great because I had some questions I wanted answered and he followed through on each and every one. As much as I don't hope to use this insurance, the piece of mind is worth it on its own.
