I haven't had to claim anything yet, but I've been insuring my car for 2.5 years and recently purchased a house which I now insure with Sonnet as well. So far everything has been straightforward and easy. One thing I would like to see is the ability to get a quote for car insurance without a VIN, I'm considering purchasing a second vehicle and insurance plays a large part in budget planning, but apparently I can't get a quote for a car I don't already own. Seems a bit silly. In regards to below response: Thank you for taking the time to respond and I will definitely check out the chat feature when we are done moving.
