Transparent, easy, fast
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance provides transparent, fast, and easy service. I have submitted numerous claims for my pet and each one has been processed quickly, sometimes in the same day, and each one has resulted in a reimbursement that does not deviate from my policy. Their premiums are very reasonable and I can't recommend too highly the value of these premiums. Most recently (July 2021), my pet needed to have numerous expensive diagnostic procedures for a complex medical issue. I may not have elected for these procedures without the financial security and peace of mind that Healthy Paws provides.

When asked a question, without an answer.
I called one time to ask a question about my payment requirements and if I could pay early, and the support tech was very nice and answered all my questions the best he could, and when I asked questions he could not answer, he referred to the proper people and got back to me at a later date with information to help me! It was a good transaction and his thoroughness in the matter was appreciated! Sonnet has always been easy to deal with and even noticed when they had a mistake on my bill before I noticed! Always a pleasure when I have to deal with anyone from the company! Thanks again! Isaiah

Highly recommend Trupanion Insurance!!
We have relied on Trupanion for our pet care for years now. We have two dogs. One now 9 and the other 8. Trupanion has always been there for our dogs care. The customer service is excellent and the claims process is easy and straight forward. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. I will never own a pet without this excellent health insurance.
