I don’t know what I would do without Trupanion!!!
We had had some health concerns with our old dog and we’re always having to think about what kind of test to do and what kind of treatments we can afford when we got our new puppy we knew we had have insurance. Trupanion has saved our life and Lolas!!! Not having to think about cost when talking about treatment and what’s best for our fur baby has been amazing. Thank you Trupanion!! I don’t know what I would do without you.

Trupanion is a SCAM WORST PET INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY REFUSE TO PAY ANY CLAIMS. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST PET INSURANCE COMPANY. They will not pay our claims and use excuses to not pay the claim. Review the other online reviews on Yelp, Google, First and other places. They have a marketing team that writes 5 star ⭐ false positive reviews on behalf of the company. The positive reviews are mostly false and as I mentioned before are fraudulent | Truepanion Worst Dog Cat Pet Insurance Fraud Scam, Lies. Do not waste your money go to another company for your Pet Insurance needs. Feel free to contact me for all the emails records, recordings and details. **Update: Marketing team reached out to me via TrustPilot. I called back the number they left for me to call and wasted another hour on the phone getting no where! They REFUSED to help they are rude and they have poor communication and customer service is horrendous. They are going to lose me as a customer with many years of being dedicated to their company as a loyal customer. I have NEVER EVER FILED A CLAIM ! NOW I HAVE A SMAL MINOR CLAIM AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY OUT THE CLAIM. This is NOT how insurance works. For years I have paid into them Thousands of Dollars for multiple pets. What else don't they cover ? You will find out the hard way when you attempt to make a claim they WILL NOT PAY OR HELP YOU. YOU WILL BE DENIED! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE
UPDATE: It is June 1st and still no contact or resolution. UPDATE: It has been 3 days and they have not bothered contacting me after "looking into" my claim. Just more lies. Same old terrible customer service. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! SEEK INSURANCE ELSEWHERE!!!! During Covid I rescued 2 kittens. Before I signed up I specifically asked if the health certificate, rabies certificate, felv/fiv negative results and spay certificate was enough for coverage since getting into a vet was out of the question. Fast forward to 1.5 years of taking my money for 2 policies and I finally have a claim. They are saying the paperwork I was given upon adoption isn’t good enough to be their “first exam” and declined my claim. Even though I specifically asked if it would count towards coverage when trying to decide which company to choose. I was lied to on the phone and bought policies under false pretenses! I didn’t have access to the app for nearly a year and nobody could explain why. Now I have an $1100 claim and they are denying it. Shameful customer service. It’s like talking to a robot who can only repeat the same few sentences! Spare yourself the time and money and choose another company!! Pet plan used to be great- it’s not anymore!

No coverage for cremation because my dog passed at home on a statuary holiday.
My sweet 18 yr old Teddy Bear passed away the Sunday after Christmas 2021. I could not see a vet. I had him cremated knowing that my policy covers this and the urn. My vet will not sign the papers regarding his death because I didn’t get to take him in. I have the cremation receipts and certificate. I also have the urn receipt. They covered the urn but refuse to cover the cremation. I still have 4 other pets with them but am considering changing insurers. I paid fees for 16 yrs. He was sick 2-3 times and they will not cover the fee. This really saddens me because I trusted them and their service has always been good.
