Another occurrence of "we never received it" from Trupanion. This has happened many times in the years I've been a customer. Not sure where faxes or emails go but there must be a Bermuda Triangle of sorts in your offices. I do recommend Trupanion but with caveats that they are slow to pay, prone to losing submissions.
