This review is in two parts: Fetch and Petplan. With Fetch, talking to Regina B. was a great help and she was very polite. As to service I do wish they would also cover routine vaccines and payouts seem to be faster. Under Petplan, when my Blue Healer had an accident jumping a small wall. When I filed a claim they would not cover it citing his knee injuries were pre-existing injuries even though he had no problems before the accident. Even after the vet told them they were wrong, Petplan still refused to pay. I do hope Fetch will correct this issue and cover future treatments.

I highly recommend healthy paw insurance if you have a pet. We’ve had Otis our Frenchie for about a year and half. I cannot stress enough how much healthy paws has helped financially with Otis’ medical expenses. Great experience so far
Spot has been amazing for my recent claims. I got a puppy earlier this year and a few times he’s ingested a foreign object that has made him sick and required veterinary attention. Each time spot has accepted and processed my claims according to the contract. I appreciate the support I’ve received from them, and the ease of use of their product.

The refund process was unsatisfactory
The refund process was unsatisfactory. It took a while to get the money refunded and when it finally did, the report was not clear on which amount were not eligible and why. I also already wrote this review before but right before I submit it disappeared so everything I have been trying to do has been time consuming and not easy. I did not seek more clarification from customer service cause I have been experiencing delays in everything and it’s a waste of time.

Healthy Paws has been great
We have 2 dogs and have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for over 3 years. The have been great! They make it very easy and convenient to submit claims and they process and pay them fast. When you sign up with them, they make it very clear what is and what isn't covered, so we haven't had surprises with any claims we've filed. I've had dogs all my life but these are the first ones that I had insurance for. And when an issue does arise it's always stressful but having insurance gives me some peace of mind.

Such a God sent company
I cannot express how grateful we are to trupanion for our dog Bailey. For the first time we've got pet insurance when Bailey was 8 weeks old. And I could tell you that was a God-sent. Trupanion has been there for Bailey every step of the way for the past 5 years.
