Excellent, Fast, Friendly Service
Our 1 year old dog was recently diagnosed with EPI and will need to have powdered enzymes added to her food for the rest of her life, but thankfully, that should take care of the issue and allow for a full and healthy life. I was able to easily upload all vet invoices for the tests, treatment and prescription med. After the first claim, which only took a week or so, subsequent claims have sometimes been resolved on the same day. Our plan provides for 80% coverage once the $500/year deductible is met. It's worked out very well and is a huge help in this situation.

I have used trupanion for many years and I also have some friends that have used this insurance company. They are super friendly and make things easy for the customer. I do recommend them to all pet owners so that they can take the best care of their animals

I’ve been very impressed with the coverage, ease of submitting claims, processing time, and customer service that Pumpkin has provided. I was unsure whether to get pet insurance for my new pup, but I’m so glad I did! He, unfortunately, has had two emergency vet visits and it was a relief to know that I had good pet insurance to help with a big portion of the cost.

I am extremely satisfied with Embrace…
I am extremely satisfied with Embrace Pet Insurance. I believe their monthly insurance fees are reasonable for the coverage I receive for my 2 cats. Most recently, my youngest cat (1 year) had a few issues in recent weeks. He had an abcess which caused lethargy and a high fever, so we took him to an emergency vet hospital. The invoice was pretty expensive, but we have the highest coverage with a reasonable deductible for our pet. Embrace reimbursed us accordingly as stated per plan. Not too many issues with getting this processed, except they didn't have pre-cert form for him on file. Once I provided this, the pre-cert was complete and the claim was processed/paid. Shortly after, our cat had another issue where we had to run some tests and had to be hospitalized for a few days. Again, this was pretty expensive and Embrace processed the claims no issue. Thank you again Embrace Pet Insurance.
