Trupanion customer service has been exceptional and I greatly appreciated it especially during the difficult times with my dog, Autumn. They even called to see how Autumn was doing. I spoke with someone from Trupanion named Amber last night and she went above and beyond to make me feel better. I can't thank her enough for her. I was upset when I called but I was laughing by the end of the call. I tell everyone about Trupanion because of the amazing service they offer. They even called to check in on how Autumn was doing. :)
