Recently we had to submit a claim for our sweet fur baby Mona. Our vet was able to submit the invoice while we were in the office and it was preapproved before we left the office. I found this extremely efficient which decreased our anxiety regarding the financial cost of the vet visit. Overall our experience with Trupanion has been a positive one
