Happy with Trucompanion for knee surgery

Absolutely LOVE Trupanion!

Turnaround time is AMAZING!! I was told in chat 3-5 weeks, which I kind of expected. To my surprise the first one proceeded the next day, before I even had a chance to add my direct deposit informationâ¦ to say I was shocked would still be an understatement. So unfortunately, I did have to wait on a paper check but that was my fault. So make sure you have that set up PRIOR to submitting lol. I sent 2 more claims in on Saturday, they were in my account by Monday afternoon.
