Amazingly quick turnaround for claims
This is my second time having to submit claims for my poor little boy who had GI issues that we hope are now permanently resolved. I submitted claims last night, got confirmation of those claims within minutes, and in less than 24 hours the claims are processed. I could not ask for more, I wish human insurance was this easy! Worst Insurance ever
As much as I provided the information they requested they never reimbursed me for my justified expeneses. Everytime I got a different person and had to explain myself multiple times. I greatlty discourage anyone from getting this insurance. Rip Off.
