Thanks for being there for my fur baby.
I truly don't know what I would have done if it weren't for trupanion. My dog got cancer and the costs can add up fast with treatment. I am so thankful that I could give my furry companion all the needed treatment. Trupanion as been very speedy with my claims. They are easy to deal with and when you do contact them you know you are talking to a pet lover. Thanks for all you have done for Bella and I.

In general, my complaints are small, but significant. For its costly coverage, which has increased several times in the past 10 years, Trupanion has an inordinate number of "qualifications." I do appreciate their response to a recent claim for one of my two Maine Coon cats, but I have heard nothing about a similar claim for the other cat. I do understand that insurance is a perverse gamble. We pay for policies that we really don't want to "invoke." However, far too many invocations are rejected.

I have yet to actually use the insurance, as the policy won't actually start for a couple of weeks yet, but the sign up process with Monica was easy. She answered my questions, and explained how the policy works, what's covered, how to apply for reimbursement, so I am looking forward to using it in the near future.

Trupanion has been amazing. Not only have they been efficient in their communication but so quick with reimbursement, their app makes it super easy and fast to submit claims, and for us, what has been an emotional roller coaster Trupanion has made this step seamless and painless.
