The BEST insurance EVER!
Our 13 months old puppy, beautiful mischievous girl Paisley ended up in an emergency after developing symptoms of lethargy, fever, loss of appetite, activity over two days..and then again...and again..over course of 2 months we ended up seeking veterinary help 6 times as Paisley was progressively getting worse, deteriorating in front of our eyes, and no conclusive hypothesis what was wrong. In the end she ended up hospitalized for 2 and half days at the Sage hospital where incredible team of doctors has done MRI, spinal tap and diagnosed her with autoimmune meningitis. Paisley is now is receiving the treatment she needed, and we have all the hope she will survive and make full recovery....Why is Healthy Paws the best? Cause going through this drama we NEVER, EVER needed to worry will our insurance cover it. NEVER, EVER worry if there some secret loophole. NEVER needed to be forced to choose between paying bills or saving our furry family member. We have submitted our medical bills online, and received the reimbursements in a week. Simple as that. Healthy Paws is the BEST insurance EVER!

I like the way I am interacting with Sonnet on line. There is always someone on the other side of my line who is ready to help me. Obviously, I type my queries which give me time to think and answer in the most correct words. Sometimes, asking or answering a question on the phone works against me, because I may have misunderstood the question or used a wrong expression. Sonnet has always given me their answers right away. Prompt and informative service
In the past year, myself, and other members of my family were looking for new and renewed insurance. The properties were not 'cookie cutter' and therefore we had questions. The virtual chat was instant service and then, when transferred to a live chat agent to answer the more detailed inquiries, service was prompt (aka immediate), friendly and informative. We are pleased with the coverage options available and the great policy prices. I have since recommended Sonnet Insurance as an option to others who are looking at their insurance needs.

For several reasons
For several reasons, I am unhappy with this service, one being a claims experience, the others being unable to speak to a representative without unimaginable hold times, and being redirected to folow up via on line, and then disconnected by a voice prompt, yes, during normal business hours as indicated by the voice prompt. The app that I had downloaded is useless, not to mention unable to upload to submit a claim, as I have attempted several times now and after receiving several errors, I have to give up. I have this service payroll deducted and signed up through my employer, but am so very disappointed in this service I am looking elsewhere for coverage for my 7 members of my family. Hearing the words of "we are experiencing an unusually high volume of calls right now", is not an answer or a solution.

Waiting period disappointment
I was disappointed after learning of the 6 month waiting period for bone breaks (musculoskeletal injuries) the hard way after my dog broke one of his legs. I wish I shopped around for an additional two or three other insurance companies. Of course, I later found AKC to have a better policy that was cheaper than what I committed to with Figo.

When i look the review that was one year ago its not good going online for your car insurance but my previous insurance,instead that my monthly will getting low every year that i renew to them its keep getting high so i tried to change my car insurance and go to sonnet.im bless that my decision are right the price is fare and it so easly to change your policy i don't need to wait till morning if i want to change my policy best decision that i did seen we are still in pandemic.i love the service to much thanks sonnet
