Refunds can take up to a month to receive, buyer beware.
Recently purchased insurance and found out I got the wrong policy. Found out that refunds take up to 15 days(wrong, they take longer). 18 days to get over $1000 back. There is absolutely no reason for this. I was sent an email that specifically stated 15 days for a refund, and I was talked down to by a phone rep who told me “no,it’s 20” even though my email said 15. What business takes that long to give a refund? It’s an absolute joke.

If you own a pet, you must have Pet Insurance!
I adopted a puppy during the 2020 Quarantine. My vet recommended the benefits of Pet Insurance and I researched and found Trupanion and realized budgeting this cost into my monthly expenses was going to help with Vet bills for my new puppy in the event of injury. Everything had gone well, until my playful 1 1/2 old puppy hurt his leg. I did not hesitate to take him to the Vet, knowing I had him protected with insurance. His first day at the Vet was an expensive trip due to testing that needed to be done. I had Trupanion pet insurance and before the end of the day, they had contacted me to let me know I had my expenses covered! My monthly cost is well worth the expense and minimal compared to what they saved a potential out of pocket cost today. If you own a pet, you need Trupanion pet coverage! Today illustrated exactly why I bought the policy!
