I got great service once I reached someone. They were helpful in explaining our benefits, etc. But it took a very long time to get a response by email and it took more than 8 hours to get a call back after we left our name/number with the auto system.

Waste of Money
Waste of money monthly. Pets Best covers very little and is not worth the cost. You’re honestly better off and putting the money you pay a month towards treatment.
