During the pandemic
During the pandemic, I have asked the insuerer to reduce the rate while I'm off work and I will be using my car as much as I use to. The insurerer is not able to help me and they are not really to reduce the rate. They are no help during the pandemic. Time to change to different insurance.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Takes forever for anyone to answer a call. Sent in a claim and got the run around about the claim being processed and paid. I was told over and over that my vet never sent the necessary records which I found out was not the truth so I ask the vet to send them to me so I too forwandered them on. Then they needed additional information from my vet which I found out they received but the records were never sent to the review person's until I called. Now I am told I have to wait another 30 days while I continue to pay my premium not knowing if our claim will be paid or not. I have spent hours on the phone talking to so many different individuals with different stories being told to me. The stress and time spent is not worth it.
